The Food Bank relies on every donation that the Community so graciously gives, without all of your support those in our Community and surrounding area would be in dire straits.

 Food Banks are not Government funded, as in receiving monies to support all aspects of a Food Bank.

Our Outreach Team will apply for grants that fit our criteria, however the main source comes from you the community and events that are held within.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting these wonderful people and a message they would like to pass on.

"Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands is pleased to present a cheque for $2,500 to the Gananoque and Area Food Bank. 

The donation includes funds raised by our PROUD Committee as well as a contribution from The Guest Services Team (Jodi O’Sullivan, Shelley Towell and Mike LaRocque), our annual Great Canadians Chorus Award winners, who selected the Gananoque Food Bank as their charity of choice.
